Beautiful Strangers written by Ellen Dean
Ellen Dean is anything but ordinary. She is a very multi talented and successful individual. Not only an author of her very successful novel Beautiful Strangers but is also a journalist for regional and national magazines and web pages, radio presenter on Durham Dales Radio and, also finds time to dip into co directing at the locals amateur dramatics society.
She is currently working on her new novel the sequel to Beautiful Strangers called Beyond Midnight.
I caught up with Ellen last year in November to catch a glimpse of the play she was co producing and believe me when I say she has it going on.
Her book Beautiful Strangers has been very successful. It reached No1 in the Amazon Kindle G&L Top 100 Best Sellers on 28th August 2010, No 3 in the Romantic Suspense and No 3 in the Erotica Top 100 Best Sellers. Then on 1st Oct 2010 it reached No 22 in the Amazon.ca paper back G&L Top 100 Best Sellers.
I'm sure she's just getting started too.
The book is based around two main characters Hyacinth Dickinson a successful Gynaecologist and into the dark arts, and Beth McConnell also a successful surgeon looking for love.
Hyacinth casts a spell to capture Beth into her tangled web of love to lure her away into her world. It leads to an entanglement of intrigue, lust, smuggling and destruction.
This is a wonderfully refreshing read. It was so good I bought the book and the kindle version. I am hanging for the next installment.It's the kind of book that makes you want to read it again as it has so much going on, I want to make sure I got it all covered for the next book which she is currently in the process of writing. So if you are up for a bit of a roller coster ride of love n lust then this is certainly a book not to miss.
